HOSTING REQUIREMENTS

Performances are completely free.

To set up, we require the following essentials.

3 Hours
Total time needed: 1-hour show, 1-hour setup, 40-minute teardown.

20’ x 20’ Space
For our portable theatre set and stage equipment.

Accessible Entrances/Exits
No stairs—our equipment cannot be lifted and must be wheeled. Accessible pathways are required for transporting stage equipment.

Outlets
Access to grounded electrical outlets for our sound gear (we bring our own system).

Change Rooms
Actors need access to private washrooms or change rooms, such as staff washrooms.

Parking Space
Space for our 15-passenger van (10.5 feet in height) and instructions for safe, efficient loading and unloading of set and props
